Recognizing the importance of practical training, TERI has established state-of-the-art computing resources incorporating latest hardware and software. Three fully air-conditioned computers labs having 30 Pentium IV systems each, with high-speed networking and all necessary accessories are provided to students. Each lab is under a Lab-In charge and Computer-Programmer to ensure that every student receives maximum possible personalized assistance. The labs have 64 kbps ISDN Internet connection available round the clock throughout the network, offering unlimited internet-access to every student.

Organizational Laboratory
Students learn about computer organization in a full-fledged, separate Organization Lab through the use of components like:
Half-adder circuit, Full-adder Circuit, Bread Board Circuit, JK, RS, D Flip Flop, Binary Up-Down Counter, Left-Right Shift Register, 5 Volt DC Supply, Registers and connecting wires.
UNIX Laboratory
There is a separate UNIX Lab for MCA students.
The Institute has developed considerable resources on its libraries, realizing the important role they play in grooming potential technocrats. the departmental library is housed in 2000 sq. ft. area and has a fast growing collection of around 10000 books. It provides services and facilities to meet the requirements of the Institute' teaching, research and consulting programmers. About 2000 titles of most contemporary text and reference books ensure that students face no dearth of study material to complement classroom lectures. The library subscribes to around 100 national and international periodicals (Journals & Magazines) of repute beside all leading national newspapers in English and Hindi.
The Library has a vast collection of case studies, research-report, video-cassettes and CD ROMs. The Library practices open access system whereby any student can access any book on his/her account,. Comfortable reading hall, qualified & cooperative library staff and strict discipline in the library are perfect allurements for the student to spend enough time with books.
The students can also access the Central Research Library of the college which has a vast collection of about 1 Lac books on diverse subjects. it has an immensely rich offering of encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals , magazines and literature. As an added advantage, the library Xerox and binding facilities to the students
Teri has the proud privilege of being the first Institute in UP. and the second in India to house a low frequency community FM radio station commissioned by Prasar Bharti, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India. It has a ultra modern digital studio for recording and sophisticated transmission equipments for airing live or recorded programmes with a radial distance of 40 KM, from the campus. the radio station is managed entirely by the staff of the Institute and is a potent tool in propagation and dissemination of knowledge to the masses.
A fully air Conditioned Conference Hall which can be accommodated about 150 person is the hub of diverse activity of the Institute. It has state-of-art multimedia devices like LCD projector, slide projector, OHP, DVD/VCD/Audio CD Player, cassette recorder, microphones, speakers, etc. The hall is used for conference, seminar, work-shops, group-discussion, panel discussions, corporate presentation and the like.
The modern lecture-halls of the Institute are a delight for the student. they are airy, illuminated and adorned with ergonomic seats, white-boards and latest audio-visual aids like LCD/Slide projector, OHP etc. they are perfect complements to the thought-provoking and erudite lectures delivered by the core/visiting faculty, alleviated seating arrangement provides unhindered view while ample hand & leg-room to ensure the the audience is able to devote full attention to the lectures.
